Yep I was there today for a bit of testing. Once it warmed up it was lovely. The only thing that spoilt the day was the worse case of slipping clutch I have ever had. The clutch would just slip like hell in 4th, 5th and top so I was going no where on the straights and it was getting worse as the day went on, so I packed in early.
I seem to have gotten a few extra ponies out of the engine over the winter and those horses seem to be destroying the clutch . Got some HD spring to go in as well as new oil and plugs all of which I had forgot to fit before hand as well as to to take with me to the track#-o.
I also managed to get the worse case of arm pump I have ever had as well, My clutch hand was so bad I could hardly pull the lever in and thats the hand I injured on the motocross track a few years ago and is still weak. So my next job is to sorce and fit a hydralic clutch kit before I race at Cadwell on May 4-5th.

Anyone travelling down from Leeds,Wakefield area? Not started work on the old girl yet! Just calipers to buy now, then I'll start spannering. Oh and buy a trailer. See you in the gravel trap.

Anybody interested in buying my ticket off me? There is no way I'm gonna be there. Stripped the bike today and flywheel was fine. Trouble was the LHS big end on the new crank has gone and I'll never get it rebuilt in time plus I'm skint after paying for to to be rebuilt once this month already.

Still waiting on a clutch spider and see if the clutch works then, and sort the brakes out, if its not ready in time I will be trying to blag a mates gsxr 750 srad off him to have a go on. Going to the north west 200 on weds so not much time to sort anything.. Hopefully see you there. I'll say hi any way, even if I am on four stroke rubbish

Rad if you want to borrow a spare clutch I have one in my garage you can use.

Well if im aloud and i can afford it, ill book up but cant confirm anything until later this week. fingerscrossed they still have space...

Tried to get a few on ebay but there going for silly money.

Got this one.. New crank, Full engine rebuild, O ring head's Race kit base gaskets, Zorsts etc etc and a Spare engine for 900 notes...

Just needed some tlc and put it all back together..

Ill try and get a KR again.. but maybe over winter when prices are lower.

Always been on the RGV site.. good lads and all of them now have matching shell suits LOL....

reakon i will be there as a spectator,as my test isnt till the 27-29th a may,it will give me a idea of who i will have to smoke when i get mine on the track do they allow us to race against 125s?will say hi to anyone on a kr so hope to see a few of you,hey rc was it the fetching purple screen that did it for ya?
