Ade are you going to camp over the night before at the track? I'll probaly be doing the same so we can meet up if you like? I'm hopeing to borrow a work's van and use that. Gonna see if I can get the wife to come with me and have someone look after the kids as I'll try and combine it with a business trip and so get them to pay for a hotel on the night afterwards.

I'll be there too.
This time I think I'll use 15/44 (17" rear") as I was getting into 6th quite late using 15/43.

I'll be in a big red work's van, thats providing I get all the parts back in time to get the bike running.

Elf If you don't get the parts back in time you could use mine, as your in a different group to me if you like, obviousley wont be set up as good as yours or as fast but seem a shame to waste £165.00?

Got a set of stainless kips valves (mr Bung's type) a head & set of barells that run single ring pistons here, you can borow them if you like elf, we could take them off when the meeting was over?

Anyone interested in buying my place in the inters group off me? Looks like i won't have my cylinders and head back in time :(

If no one is interested I could throw together a standard engine I suppose.

Great day at Brands yesterday, kept it shiny side up and no blowups - Yay!
Poor Kwackerman's KR nipped up on the right :(
Nice to see Ade's KRSW - excellent job, thats got me thinking :-k
Nice selection of strokers there, a fully standard RG500 with standard bodywork  a really nice 3XV that sounded the business, a nutter on an old TZ350 who rode like he stole it and a brace of very tidy looking quick Aprilia RS250's
My KR went well, the 636 front end felt good over the bumps at clearways and helped me get a good drive onto the straight - managed to knock 4 seconds off my best time from last year and still felt composed, although very tiring. Couldn't manage a full 20 minute session without losing concentration and feeling my whole body ache.
Had a few pictures taken by PB, so maybe in next months mag.
Sorry the elf couldn't make it though.
Well done for the few KR's that turned out, although we did have 11 KR's at cadwell last year - where's all the southern KR's then?
