Excuse my ignorance but can the F3 valves be used in the std barrels and if so what power advantages are you likely to see if any or are they likely to require further barrel mods to see any benefits.

f3 powervalves allow for slop in the linkages where a std pv might obstruct the flow slightly, the f3 ones have only one side which means its not gonna get in the way of spent gases. not sure if theres a measurable power gain but cant do any bad. they can be used in std barrels. remember kr1s barrels have bigger pv ports/pv's so consider this if you have kr1 barells.

Yes they fit standard KR1S barrels, and give a slight power increase. Also you are not going to be snapping these all the time as they are about 10 times stronger than the original cast ones. So a long term money saver too boot.

I currently use KR1-barrels with KR1S valves. Just used a dremel to adapt the barrels to the valves. No much work needed, it really is a simple job.....

It sure is. I'm just waiting for The Elfs F3 valves to arrive, he shipped them last Monday, so I hope they'll turn up the next few days. The valves will be ready within a month. Will keep you all informed about any progress.
