Only done it the once, she had a couple of sessions with an instructor afterwards, & can now get her "knee down" so has a reference point for how much she has it leant over, hopefully it won't happen again??
Amazing how much you can learn in a couple of hours by just listening to someone who knows what they are talking about (instructors)
