took the bike for a quick spin tonight
fitted goldfren hh sintered pads and they are taking some bedding in but the brakes are definitely improving, lever feels quite spongy so i might invest in some braided hoses
bike seems to ride lovely, very smooth through the gears and suspension works well, quite happy so far
apart from i dropped off a small kerb outside my house as i set off and just nicked the bellypan grrrrrrrrr nevermind, wnt do that again, its only a little mark but i know its there
