Looks like youve got a good starting point there for 2 very nice KR's. I'd personally restore the KR1S using the Red/Grey fairing set thats sitting on the KR1 atm, and do the KR1 naked.

Not really hard to do, and with a few changes like a different seat unit, a rear hugger, and perhaps some small infill panels between the seat unit and the tank, it would be absolutly stunning.
Of course, that's just my opinion.
