Engine virtually complete





Jobs left to do are
Waterpump Gasket
Fit oil level glass
Torque flywheel bolt
Fit lock nuts to kips linkages when they arrive
Fit exhaust studs
Fit carb holde stud when they arrive

Frame and swing arm back from powder coateers


A few more nos bits to fit





Engine now completed and started on the rebuild




Top yoke needs a quick polish and probably got a few hours dropping the engine and switchgear on then i'll run out of bits until i've sorted origional forks and wheels.

get a wire brush on that reg/rect daz

Back together apart from wheels, Good forks and fairing

Fitted the spare carbs and they pissed petrol everwhere, so fitted my origional carbs and there overflowing aswell so will have to strip them aswell

Oooooh liking the WILBERS rear suspension unit, that looks the business !!

You will have to let us know how good this is when you get it on the road.

Oh and don't let the petrol over flow onto the power coated frame.. Petrol seems to ruin the surface and stain powder coating !

Frame has been powder coated and laquered for protection

i've got all those nos bits in there except the plastic covers

Not much going on at the minute as we're waiting for the stanctions from philpots but have fitted these

New set of NOS reeds


Nos grips, throttle thanks to martin, LH grip from Cradley Kwak

Newly powder coated wheel and AFAM sprocket with new Bridgestone BT90's

And front ready and waiting.
Should be getting fairing back from Dream Machine sometime this week
