Hi Fred,
I am embarassed to say this but I will not intentionally by going out in the rain, I did my time riding to work every day for too long. All of my bikes have been well polished and so long as you dry them off they are not a problem (the smooth polished surfaces dont give the muck anything to hold on to).
It is definitely a compulsion I hate seeing tarnished metal

I am getting bored now with no engine bits to polish, just dug out a pair of Tokico 6 pot calipers that were looking very tired......
And they are starting to polish up quite well
Not sure whether to fully polish or do the main body in graphite black metalic

hi bernie ,talking to the lad in the office he jost needs a good drawing with dimentions ,stating inside or outside and radius and int dia, been hunting round for bushes ,8mm i/d but 20mm wide are £19 but could grind in half ,but 10mm i/d are about £4 for the same thing , ive only looked about on the net and mailed 4 or 5 firms ,if anyone knows any suppliers

,if you dont fancy measuring it ,if i could borrow it that would be cool, just rememberd ben saying he may have a old one before christmas ,ile pm him later ,bit busy now
