Hi Bernie, try autosiliconehoses.com that,s where got mine from. 19 pounds for 1/2 metre length of blue 16mm wire reinforced hose, they do 15 other colours. Used a hairdryed on the ends a tight fit. Used plumbers plastic pipe cutters to cut to length for a clean cut.

Hi Danny,
I think it would clash with my eyes

They make it so I presume there is a market for glitter pink rad hoses, the LC boys I expect

Black for me.

Hello mate, lovely build, very shiny. :)

Where did you get the front & rear discs from, my KR will need new discs soon and would like to keep the OE look.

Hi Evo,
Sorry I did not see your post earlier (posted from my phone).
The refurbished front discs and the replica rear disc were thanks to Master KR restorer "Martin" off the forum here. And the motor rebuild, and the refurbed calipers, and the torque arm, and the refurbed carbs, the list goes on....
All at the highest standard.....Cheers Martin =D>
(What exactly did I do :-k )

I contacted Paul at Roose Motorsports on Wednesday morning (via email through ebay) and gave him the exact measurements of the hoses I needed. He had previously said it was a 24hr turnaround for custom hoses. I rang at 3pm and they were ready for collection.
I decieded not to go for the glitter pink :)

I am very pleased with the result, another step closer to startup :)

glad you're going to start it up, thought that with all that bling and solvol on board it was just going to be a showbike :)

Roose motorsport are pretty good aren't they. I need some hoses making for one of my other bikes at some point.

The only thing I would say Bernie is that air might get trapped in the lower rad hose at the highest point. It might be worth filling the cooling system and getting all the air out with the rad not mounted to the bike so you can hold the rad at an angle that won't allow air to get trapped. Then mount it in place once it's bled if that makes sense?

Thanks for the tip Dan.
This is my first watercooled bike, so it is all a bit of a black art to me
