Just finished re-routing the wiring harness, bit of a bugger but sorted now

All the electrics connected (except the horn and side stand switch, which I need to replace).
Just need to sort out all the fluids and get a new battery now.

Bernie , I hesitate to say , but we are about to witness a "Ring a ding ding " moment !
Is the full sales team from Solvol, Cradley and Mr Martin going to be present at the memorable start?

Hi Steve,
A cinematic moment, I will video the event.
I am a bit nervous, aircooled are a fair bit easier. I am really busy this week, but I hope to get some coolant, gear oil and some more Motul 800.
Cheers
Bernie

Thanks Steve, this has been a long time coming.
I need to get her fired up, it will give this project the boost it needs to ensure it is spot on for Japfest.
Cheers,
Bernie

Hi Guys,
Been really busy at work.
I bought a new battery and set up the kips valves last night, it was a bit of a nightmare as for some reason the outer valves had flipped around the wrong way. It had me baffled for a few hours
But all sorted now, just need to put the pipes back on and get her started
And get some photos posted

Ordered my oils from the Oilman

they should arrive Friday.
Just put some coolant in, should be fun as I have only ever had aircooled bikes [-o<
The standard set up takes 1.5L but I have only got 500ml in so far (tips greatly appreciated) as I was expecting to get about 1.7L in with the bigger rad.

Just give it a few heat cycles first before you start revving it
