Looking good Ben ... Running an RGV rad myself my stack bike never goes above 60 degrees and runs at that all day long. Optimum temperature :lol:
Current Bikes.:- 2004 GSX-R 750 (modified)
CB750 Cafe racer (project build)
1978 Kawasaki Z1r (Mint)
2007 HRC Fireblade (1 of 200 in UK)
91 KR1s modified race bike.

Wait until you're racing your bike on a hot day Kev, it won't be running 60° with a VJ22 radiator.

Yes it does Ben all day long 60 degrees and never changes even whilst I'm in a race

Mark Jordan kindly gave me some rearsets about 3 years ago, which until recently had been kicking around in a parts box not doing much.
They were a bit agricultural and too long, but with a few modifications and a bit of cleaning, have turned out like this.

Been working on the radiator mounts today, just need to add the rubber anti vibration inserts into the holes.

Also made a bracket to neatly hold the catch bottle to the side of the radiator.

No it's all blanked off Tricia. I'll be using an EWP on this. I need the cylinder head though to get the hoses right.

Thanks Bernie. It's still a bit scabby in places, but will all be ready in time for the September show. Once I get the exhausts done, I can check belly pan clearance and then the bodywork can be sent off to the paint shop.
