Shiney is the path from the dark side. When dull and polished not you reach, look as good you will not... 'Yoda rides a KR-1'
Yeah well I've always sided with the bad guys, so get in there Lord Vader
Hang about, I've come over all geeky
But seriously though, the bad guys do tend to have more fun, they may not last very long in Hollywood but they have a good time
Anyway Teerex, about this OCD, modern medicine has come a long way & I honestly believe there is now a tablet to cure all obsessive problems. I would pop along to the docs, he should if I remember rightly prescribe a drug called PCP&P.
It works wonders & really lasts well

Today i have been doing all sorts, i have picked afew bits up from being vapor blasted, dropped my frame, swingarm, fork bottoms and rear calliper mount off at the painters,
Stripped the gearbox! will it ever work again.
Just waiting for some powder coating and my engine vapor blasting, oh and dropped aload of bearings, seals off to be matched up at Y.E.S in Goole.

I did have a budget but its gone out of the window, i may have to sell it when finished as i need a new garage at my new house
It will stand me at around £4000 finished as i have to also pay for a perfect undamaged fairing then have the whole bike repainted.
I am just waiting for the chromers to re-zinc all the standard nuts and bolts before i can rebuild the engine, everything will be replaced ie bearings, seals new tyres i try not to think of the cost.
KEEPS ME OUT OF THE PUB THOUGH, Because i sit in the shed with a whisky instead!!!!

This morning i built up the gearbox and fitted afew bits & bobs to the crank cases, just waiting for my gaskets etc to arrive, i mocked up the engine rather than have bits all over.
