cheers, well i haven't tried plastic welding yet but if this goes wrong thats what i'll be doing, but any ideas on the side cove holes on the upper fairing, i have 1 of the rubber nut mounts,holes that has cracked off, its such a small piece not sure what im going to do with this part.

Hi All just a sneak preview of the battle colours, next time you see these colours should be in full dress mode with battle hardware installed, i also recommend have ago at some spraying, i know its 2 pac but its well worth ago and most of all its saved me a fortune and pushed project on, should have engine up and running before xmas and looking at spring early summer ready for a blast, fingers crossed cheers Wayne.

Hi Pablo, yeah i am over the moon how they are coming out, delighted in fact, takes a bit of elbow grease to get them like that but its bl..dy worth it, cheers wayne.

That is clean and bloody shiny =D>

Talk about Britains got talent, they should really spend their money making programmes about people like you tes.

In fact that's not a bad idea for a telly programme. Why doesn't anyone inspire the kids (not sure how they like to be refered to nowadays :( ) or whatever to show their engineering talent or is that not hip(?) enough, bloody kids!

Hi Howie, cheers, yeah good idea but i don't think its got enough buttons to press and no wireless controller, bloody kids, coming out very good, spraying went very well just tank and seat unit to do but that'll come later, going to start rebuilding the engine at the weekend but that'll take a few weeks by the time i have cleaned up all casings, plating etc etc cheers wayne.

Very inspirational :) any tips on the spraying, did you spray green over black, or just masked up and put the colour on top of the primer (if you see what I mean)

Have you got a mask etc for the 2pak.

I will have a go at spraying myself, as I've got too many bikes to either get them done professionally, or find NOS parts :)
