Taken at the local "Greasy" meet which is a mixture of weird and wonderful custom cars from the past but not the two in the background LOL
Note the front mudguard

Not the 1200 cc of the new ones but just bought some 865cc barrels and pistons from a 2012 7K mileage bike

Well it looks like hopping the Bonny up to 865cc has hit the buffers as the lazy git who posted them hadn't wrapped them good enough FFS
Wasted everyone's time
Such a shame as it was from a low mileage bike (7200 miles)

Very disappointing Martin, but it seems to be the norm now, people don't give a toss
Another will turn up sometime.
Cheers,

On a different note the size of the bores are massive and very weird how they have such low torque and power, especially torque

That looks realy tidy Martin, and the best bit is you made it look like it is. Its your take on a Thruxton, not an off the peg clone.

JB weld or epoxy bond it back on - cosmetic repair - not going to effect mechanical running

I'm going to send them back now and source some more
Went down café yesterday and there were 3 other Trumpets and they all had these TEC rear shocks fitted and reckoned they were perfect and at an astonishing £89, what's not to like !
Checked the forums out and nobody can find fault with them

I ordered a pair of the tec shocks for my 250cc katana, only problem was that after two months they still hadn't arrived, after contacting them (the guy was walking his dog in the park at the time!) they asked if I minded waiting another month, I cancelled the order and got some very similar ones from the usa on e-bay for the same price including shipping and they arrived within a week, they are generic Chinese shocks but are great for normal riding
