Update time!
Right got some more done to the bike:
Purchased and fitted goodridge front hoses (thanks Ben for the heads up on those

)
Received a parcel from Danny aka KR1R from new zealand containing these:
Very very happy with them they are spot on, very pliable compared to the originals!
I made up two new throttle cables to go from the splitter box to the carbs as the standard kr1 ends wouldn't fit in the adjusters in the top of the carbs. Easy peasy!
Carbs settings are as follows:
Main: 155
Pilot: 42
Needle:DEL (middle clip)
Slide: 4.5 (may put in the mill to make them 6.0 depending on how it rides)
Pilot air screw: 2 turns out
For now i have removed the reed valve stuffer as i couldn't be bothered to file the hole to match the new reed rubbers but i will do that soon (or buy some v-force reeds

)
Carbs fitted (minus clamps):
The last pic shows the number of jets i have to play with, 110quids worth from allens, i nearly died when he told me the price!
I have mains from 152 through till 162, pilots from 40 to 48 and had to buy two DEL needles.
Put some fuel in her and she fired up!
The lomas pipes sound mint! Running a bit fluffy but shes running! Will tweak later!
Throttle cables need fiddling with as the slides aren't quite sitting on the stops and the left carb won't quite go fully open, i may put the oil pump cable back on so the the junction box is being pulled nice and square if that makes sense?
Otherwise i will get a splitter box that only splits into 2 cables
Nearly there!!!!!!!!
Will do a video when i've got it running a bit better!
