i dont know how it works now we had planning permission years ago so the new garage i had built a couple of years ago which is 24 feet by 14 wasnt a problem as it was on the same space as the old one.
So how did we get on to garages?

We got on to garages by me having to work in the shed at my new house, and missing my double garage at my old house that i have rented out.

oh right well thats always i good idea i have a house i rent out, i did have two but i could see where the market was going so i sold one before it crashed.
bugger now im doing it to this is the projects section

Eh you may laugh but its not stopped bleeding yet, our lass went mad when i dipped it in my whisky and said it will be fine!!!
