Running strong on lhs intermittant on rhs

Quick question, this is something i have debated with Martin about. My Kr1s has always started crisply on the left hand cylinder and fired intermitantly on the Rhs on warm up. When Im riding both fire the same and running performance is great
So far i have / with Martins assistance have
Ultransonically cleaned the carbs and fitted new carb jets
Cleaned air filter
Cleaned pet cock
Changed all carb fuel lines to new rubber.
Rebuilt engine
Changed coil and leads
Gone down to B9 plugs then back to BR10es
And the result, no change!
Bike has a QR tank with pop in connectors for fuel. I always start it with prime, then switch to normal position, so could understand lhs getting more fuel to start.
Its not my imagination, pipes feel cooler and souns and pops are all LHS
Any thoughts ?

It could be the RHS tickover screw needs turning in a bit more to increase the idle speed on that cylinder (you should hear it start popping more)
The LHS side is probably doing all the work at tickover
You may need to screw them both out a bit to bring the idle speed down to a normal tickover after the above

Hi Garry thanks for idea, so on the right hand carb, do i turn it clockwise ? . I cant access it whilst running, so is it a turn then try or half a turn? Might try a lift the tank up when its running kamikaze trick!
Thanks again
Steve

If you remove the side panels you may be able to reach the screw (just) to adjust it - otherwise you will
have to remove the tank and turn it in in increments - suggest quarter turn at a time
Put your hand over the end of the exhausts and when the popping seems the same on each side they should
be balanced

Steve have you tried an other set of carbs,
You should get yourself another long tick over screw same as the left it makes things a lot easier.
Also what is a QR tank?

Sorry i wasnt clear, all the fuel lines are quick release self sealing fittings. Wasnt sure if this was normal as its not shown in the manual.

I see what it means now,
Personally i wouldn't bother with them it should be just rubber pipe ,carb to fuel tap.
Have you got fuel filters fitted as well.
Would be good to try another r/h carb for start up but it sounds like you done every thing to r/h carb, cleaning etc, it starts up the same way as the Kr250.
i wouldn't be to fussed but i know its one of those things thats annoying.
Main thing is that its ok when running, i also start mine up on prime first but defiantly get another long tick over screw save yourself from keep taking the tank off.
