Just about to rebuild my spare brake calipers had them shottblasted but i want them gold..but dont know which is the best method of coating to withstand brakefluid..

1) POWDER COATING

2)CHEMICAL ETCHING

3)ACID RESISTANT PAINT?

What do you think? fancy the chemical etching method but will wait for any advice....

Had mine powdercoated by Triple S, about 16 months ago, still look mint, but that was black. Sorry can't comment on any of the other options.

I just painted mine with an ordinary spraying can, and then vernished (is this english ??? ) them with 2 component vernish.
