rotary valves for kr250

hi all i am in the process of reviving my old kr. I had the motor fully rebuilt nearly twenty years ago and then proceeded to ride the wheels off it for the next few years till it started to burn the gearbox oil thru the front cyl.
So i parked the bike up till the start of this year when i had finally got motivated to put the old girl back together
Now i have pulled the motor down barrels look like new pistons are near on perfect but i am a bit suspect on the disk on the front cyl as the rubber looks to be distorted . I have looked around and the alternative most have used is the ar 125 but they don't appear to be making them any more so is there another alternative
