gear on the end of the crank

im going to change the 2 outer seals on the crank on my kr1-s
question is ,how does the gear come off the end ?
does it just tap off ?
or needs to be put in a press ?
where is the best place to buy the seals from and any to avoid ?

where can i get the end seals ? ive seen bdk have a set of 4 for 43 quid ish but i just want end 2
do kawasaki still sell new ones ?

NLA from Kawasaki :(
(They used to cost £9.12 when available)

Try SEP or any of the crank repair companies.

how does that gear come off the end bernie to get that end one off ?
one side is easy ,what about the other anyone know please ?
