Gearbox oil feed question?

Hi,
Just wanted to run two questions by the tech wizards.
First one, Idler Gear Oil Feed....are there any seals on this or just holt on?
Second one, Balance Shaft Oil Feed...mine didn't have one when I stripped it, do I need one and would anyone know if they are still available?
