Ask your local shop for some LIGHT WEIGHT GEAR OIL tell them its for a 2 stroke, silkolene do a nice one...

With the gear box completely empty its 850ml BUT youll probally find that a gear oil change is 750 to 800ml thats all...

Measure what you take out... if the bikes been looked after and there is no gear box leaks youll get 750 - 800 ml out...

Cheers

I use Castrol gp 4 stroke motorbike oil, left over from when I had a diesel.
Correct rating and, unlike car oil, is designed for wet clutches.
( it is also I nice red colour making it easier to spot leaks)
