rivington barn or matlock bath

any northerners going to Rivington barn tomorrow? gonna take the nephew somewhere on his new bike (he has just passed his test) ihave not been there for a few years..
weather is gonna be good...they say..
or may go to Matlock bath..what do you think?

bit earlier than i would like but i'll aim for 12 ish.
mark if you make it on the lc i'm expecting harington jacket, drainpipe jeans and trainers :lol:

Wet suit and aqualung would have been more appropriate :lol:

You thawed out yet Col?

Corky, didn't quite make it, got as far as Horwich and it was pelting down, spent best part of an hour under the Texaco garage's roof, told you I don't do wet anymore :lol: Col looked like a drowned rat when he rolled up. Take it you thought better of it and stayed well away from the area?

no spent the morning dodging showers then headed for rivvy but had to keep stoppin to dry out eventually got ther about 1-130, stayed for a while then went over to southport weather was great pm.....
not that many bikes mainly bloody harleys..
had a blast down the a581 bloody awesome in the dry the kr was faultless today about 180 miles of either rain or good old fashioned thrashing..
they bloody hate poodling along tho dont they, was so hard work keeping it off the boil in the wet..

it wasnt raining until i started to go over the top from the black dog at belmont, by the time i got to the barn i was soaked.
been looking for a new wet weather suit and thought this would have been ok for today.
