Hi All,
This may be of value to some of you, if you find the swingarm needle bearings wear out or worn out & need changing.
I fitted a KR1-S swingarm to my ZZR250 & as part of the refurbishmant the needle bearing had to be replaced. When I stripped out the old ones I noticed the recess was much deeper than the bearing cage & as per some others a test fit of the arm showed a bit of end float. Careful measurement showed that I could fit 2 needle bearings per side, plus the end caps & I then had practically zero end float !
This doubles the bearing area for practically zero increase in friction, so should last a lot longer. my bike is about 15Kg heavier than the KR1-S & I'm no lightweight, so this should help. I hope this info is of some use.
As always YMMV.

Re: KR1-S Swingarm Bearing Tip
Well spotted. I'll certainly be fitting second bearings on each side when assembling my project. It may be overkill but it won't do any harm.
