Re: Team Green
Smart!Great photo.
Ps How come the KR is still for sale at Jems, it looks really nice. The 1s with the wrong fairing / graphics and cosmetically rough looking engine sold in about a week. Is it because the KR is rarer so people don't remember them?

It's because you didn't buy it !Binetta Steve wrote: ↑Mon Jul 17, 2017 1:11 pm How come the KR is still for sale at Jems, it looks really nice. Is it because the KR is rarer so people don't remember them?
Honestly, I don't know. My mate still hasn't sold his either. Loads of people say they want one, but when it comes down to it they don't sell. There are 4 on Ebay today, including an 'S' and a decent parts bike.

Re: Team Green
Well I would have one, Intact I'm up to 6 bikes at the moment and have no plans on selling any time soon. Well the latest KR came close a couple of times, even just yesterday as I couldn't get it started after installing the engine from a rebuild. So that was a little annoying. Give me FREEEEEEE postage and I will take it.

Re: Team Green
I think your right in part, as we all know the KR was never an official import into the UK and when the whole grey import thing took off, people where interested in the up to date 250s and 400s, a NSR250 or TZR250 3MA was still a cheap bike and, lets be honest, the KR in particular has the looks only a mother could love(?)Binetta Steve wrote: ↑Mon Jul 17, 2017 1:11 pm Smart!Great photo.

That said, im sure they have their charms out on the road and as part of a early team green collection, you'd have to want one in it..
