The engine will not start.

Hello everybody.
I was not here for a long time and i am a bit out of the issue.
Electricity is also not my strength.
unfortunately, my English has not improved.
so I need help from Google Translate.
so do not laugh too much ...
The engine will not start.
Prehistory:
for some time the engine starts cold very badly.
after the start, it took a few seconds for both cylinders to run.
i noticed that the speedometer suddenly goes to zero suddenly and then immediately again normal functions.
also the temperature pointer wobbles occasionally.
Motor temperature is always ok.
at the last ride a cylinder has failed completely.
the spark plug was very wet.
with a new spark plug the engine ran again.
today the engine is not started anymore.
Battery is ok and when the engine was still running, the charging voltage was ok.
with a warm engine, the engine starts normally.
the engine running is largely ok.
only between approximately 5000 - 6500 rpm the motorcycle runs like a bag of nuts (stutter).
Above and below the engine runs well.
Piston and crankshaft are about 4000km old.
How do I best deal with the problem?
greetings
Dirk
