I use B.M.E. in Ferntree Gully, but I hear they may be closeing down soon. Apparently there are new laws that mean a damaged bike frame can't be repaired for road use (which was a lot of their business), so they may shut down completely, which would be a damn shame.the kid wrote:Nice work Scott

Click here for a short clip of my KR250.
It was taken in my brothers driveway on his mobile phone, so I apoligise for the quality. Still trying to borrow a descent video camera so I can take some better footage.
Hope you enjoy it.

I can only upload so much footage at one time fella'sHow about uploading the earlier footage of you kicking it over for 3 minutes until it finally starts running on both cylinders ?
But seriously, mines actually pretty good to start. If it dosn't start after 2 kicks with the choke on full, I [-o< , then turn the tap to prime and it'll start within about 3 kicks. And I've never had it run on only 1 cylinder either must be some wierd UK thing.
The lesson here is,............. SET YOUR CAM PRE-LOAD, you slackers... (I bet you still havn't done that yet, have you Tim )

OK, I was tossing up whether or not to start a new thread in the project section for this, but decided to follow on in this thread since it's an evolution of the same bike.
Well, I'm just begining the naked conversion here (loads to do still, including a good clean ), but thought I'd put up a progress pic to gauge peoples reaction.
I still need to purchase some mirrors and a digital dash which will be mounted on top of the fork yoke. Then I still need to re-work/re-route the wiring after the left side CDI to keep it all neat and tidy.
