Yep that's right, was for sale in Huddersfield first, then went to Burnley.
Sad I know I'm off to purchase an Anorak, I've nearly got as bad as Col for recognising bikes on ebay there whereabouts, price, and condition
Looks a good bike, like a few others I'm not sure about the gold frame, think a coat of black powdercoat (Yeah I'm biased

) and it'd be really good.

Yep it sure is a popular KR1s , been to devils bridge in the lake district this morn to be met with
''oh thats that gold framed one off of ebay from Burnley,Huddersfield,Rochdale''LoL

well now its in fleetwood just so every one can keep there history books up to date.
So do i keep the gold frame and all the interest that goes with it or change it ? are there any pics of one with black frame on the forum ?

Personally, I'd go Silver frame, or polished if you can be arsed with it (but thats too much work for me). Just something other than the Gold (no offence intended), it just looks wrong IMO.
Then all you need to do is repaint the green on the front fairing to match the rest of the bike and it'll be sweet.
But it still looks better than my YELLOW KR1! and yours goes too!!!!
