pwk 35mm carb questions?

does anyone have the details for making cables for the 35mm carbs ie sizes inner/outer etc. some of the carbs have long adjusters on top, others are short like the std 28mm carbs. ive got to somehow find a top to match as i have one of each although the part number on the carbs is the same. which top would you use? long adjuster or the shorter one? cheers matt. oh and aswell as fzr rubbers been handy for the airbox i found out that rgv ones fit aswell!

any jetting tips guys? just got my carbs fitted and any pointers would be dandy. nikon pipes, tuned motor, enclosed carb airbox with ram tube. cheers matt

I use the short carb tops.
For main jet I use a 155 at 20C, 1Bar, 50% humidity. Which is spot on for my bike with a simular setting but running on Premixed Avgas.
Will have to check what needle I use, also setting up the bottom end was a real pain IIRC I have the air screws turned all the way in on mine.
