Any advice on changing the fork oil on a KR1S set of forks ?

What tools do i need and any tips :wink:
Whats the best thing to measure the oil height etc
Plus what grade oil to use ?
Can it yer old boiler

I used Silkolene fork oil SAE10.
I never had the measure thingy, so i drained one leg at a time, pumped the forks, left it a while then pumped them again. I just waited till there was no more to come out.
I measured the 355ml in two stages, 300ml i measured in a jug, and for the 55ml i used a syringe.
The handling was so much better for fresh oil.
