Just a quick hello from another new member. Bought a KR1 yesterday 18 years after buying a brand new one in the same colours. will post some pictures soon and will definately be after some info and good condition parts in the near future from all you friendly members ..... Darren

Was that the one on ebay in east anglia somewhere fairly recently?
Looks a nice clean tidy bike anyway, already got the 1s pipes on so not alot to do if you don't want.

just noticed you've got the kr1s pipes fitted and shock too..good for a few more ponies....anything else modded..ie:carbs,barrels?

KR1-S pipes with swarbrick cans and the shock came from a bike in a breakers which had only done 5000 miles so it should be better than the original.Other than that the only other changes are the brake lines.
It did have a complete engine rebuild 800 miles ago and the fairing has just been repainted without using decals for the green,blue and gold stripes.I will be getting the same company to do the tank and remaining plastics as soon as i get a some more plastics and another tank in the same colour (if anybody reading this has got any).
