r7 frame r1 motor 03 model brought it like that of the shelf from yamaha costly but worth it only got 7 miles on the clock now witch woz 2 laps round donnington and pushing it round the pits and taking it to shows nice if i dont mind saying so =D>

tis very nice. how about some genuine ex bsb virgin tamaha body work? that would be the ultimate hybrid, esp with bsb spec (privateer) motor. i say privateer as works obviously too expensive! having said that, its not like the r1 is down on power. sure theres plenty as is! i love the big bike hybrids auch as yours. another all time classic is the gsxr 7/11 and of course the zx7-9r. the bike before the r7 of course been to put a tuned fzr1000 motor into a owo1. however i think the owo1 was a special motor to start with. Ti rods etc.

This is a 2003 R7, bolt on rear subframe rather than welded, solo race seat, no pillion pegs, different swinging arm. In fact different frame all together as far as I can see, did the R7 change as I cannot see many similarities between your bike and this picture Daniel, I am probably missing somthing.

Col, I am not looking to start anything just genuinley curious. Like I said I am sure that I am missing somthing due to my lack of 4T knowledge.

myns the road version thats y its got a pillion seat bud same spec mainly just a few slight bits r different nothing major though it all depends on wot spec u wont wen u buy the race version didnt have lights etc fcuking quick ferarri killer as for lambos they aint got a chance up to 190 and im lukky enough to own one just crippled me paying the £18000 for it but u get wot u pay for and its worth a hell of a lot more now as they only made a hand full oh yeah myns number 69 of the batch got a little certificate with it and a key fob with 69 on it how cools that

i think your way off mate yamaha never made a 2 seat version youve paid £18.000 for an r1 with r7 bodywork

you can see the diference between the bikes easily

look at the seat unit theres a pillion seat as i said u can get 2 versions road and race i now wot im on about as im an official yamaha dealer as for the £ 18000 try e bay one sold for £23500 get ur facts right before u start =D>
