As the KR1S swingarm chain rubber isn't available anymore,i'm thinking of using some replacement.
What's pretty thin and up to the job of the chain slipping over it

The missus's cutting board she uses in the kitchen is looking good

some ertalon or teflon sheets ?

Your cutting board is probably Polyethyene - fairly easy to work but requires special adhesives if you want to bond it.
Teflon (Polytetrafluoroethylene or PTFE) is very slippy, in fact it has the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. you can buy it in sheets its fairly easy to work but an absolute bastard to glue cos its so slippy! Give it a go though and let us know how it turns out.
