Got an emc rear shock, think it's a bit tired to say the least.
Anyone know if it's rebuildable, worth rebuilding, if so who and where?
Or bin it and get an r6?

I think EMC are quite good, and IIRC you can rebuild them. I fitted an R6 shock to mine and to get the best out of it I needed to get it re-engineered. Probably cheaper to stick with the EMC

Russ at Mick Gardner Racing in Barnsley can rebuild it for you, If its in good nick it should only need a regas and new oil.

They are Bloody excellent. They built my one-off rear ohlins shock and the internals on my ZXR400 H forks upgrading them to SP spec (fully adjustable) and re-valving and springing them. I get them to do all of my suspension work and the after sales service is excellent.
