Open an account on photobucket and upload your pics onto their server. Then click on the <img> tag which will copy the code to your paste board. Here use ctrl v to paste the code into your message.
The code in your message then looks like this example:
[image]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v395/bla.jpg[/image]
Replace [image] with [img]cq[/img], wrote image just to let you see the code without posting a pic.
