This is the bike now..

A few bits to put back on..
It was not that good once you took the
Fairings off and the brakes still had there
original pads...and the brown fluid..
and rusty pistons..
I had the brake calipers repainted..
and the frame powder coated..
Oh the Wole Bodywork..
New Tyres...New Everything should last
another 18yrs....
With a Genuine 5089miles on the clocks..
Leaving bikes laid up without care Kills them..

...definetly THE ZXR to have...

looks real nice even with the polished frame (in the first pic) - but painted much easier to live with youll be less inclined to modify it.
How spanking new is that muffler.

Do the Flatslides on these have electric power jets? I heard (myth?) that disconnecting one improves the rollon.
- Frankly I got the FCRs on my YZF not to bog just on the needle adjustment alone (after tying several pilot jets)

Wakasaki - wanna show your ZXRR off with some similar machinery this summer ? Planning something for the Uttoxeter show first weekend in July. Proper Homologation jobs only. Got a ZXR750R-M1 lined up already. Let me know if you wanna be part of it.

90's race excotica LOVE it
much better than 90% of the modern designs and still VERY relevant to most ppl for use on the road

those 4 stroke cans manage to make KR1 pipes look tiny :)

I have changed the coil on the krr... its tiny compared
the bike..i mean in comparison...
everything on the kr is small...."BUT BEAUTIFUL"
simple swop the coil and fat blue sparks...
not bad for £28 quid..
the zxr is horrid to work on..everything is so compact..
never mind...

Thats all folks the end...
Fired up ok.... and sounds a treat...
Better than when it first came..
i started when it was delivered and besides
that not till today...
wel it had been sat for three years
seized fuel cap, "think it needs a bit of petrol
said the bloke from the bike shop..its got a fresh
MOT....how i dont know.."
anyway starts straight away..and sounds again..wonderful
the first pics made the bike better than it was...
it was tired..the front forks pissed out fluid.
pitted..etc and the brake pistons in the rear caliper
were kanackered...and the fluid must have been original.
the rear pads were the original ones..well it was all tired..
so thats it...

Anyone want to buy a KRR...??£5000..not this one..
the KR1s....thingy....its done 23miles...and is mint
concours..cond..full mot private reg and taxed..
everything brandnew...i dont use..so why not let it go..
