I have a set of Graham File tuned crankcases which I would like to use with my standard KR1 cylinders which therefore requires a total engine strip down and rebuild. Would it be ok to join the cases with Wellseal, or do I HAVE to use Yamabond or H0nda bond for this type of job?

I use Wellseal on mine without any problems what so ever. Just give it plenty of time to go off before joining them together.

I used Threebond on mine which is recommended by KTM. Yamabond is really good too. Used to work at a Yamaha/Kawasaki dealership.

I use VHT Copper coat for the head gasket. Have used the same head gasket over and over again, just spray the stuff on, no leaks. What's the h***a stuff you use?
