Bertie's Green C3

Hi All,

Here are the pictures of the C3 I have been working since the start of the year. After the yarn which resulted in finding the engine running problem she now goes like a rocket .

Had to fit a new clutch with all the extra power and also replaced the front brake master cylinder as it was sticking.

Quite a few other bits and bobs done by me but a lot of money was spent by the previous owner / s.

So as this has now come to a close and another one is back on the road it is going to go up for sale to make room for the next project. I'll be sticking it on the bay over the weekend if anyone is interested.

Oh, BTW I'm not going anywhere as my C2 is for keeps  .

Thanks everyone for your help on this one.

Cheers

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the comments.

I think the screen is a matter of taste. I think I'll leave it for whoever buys it to decide on it rather than me making that choice for them.

WRT the black - believe me everything has powder coated. A lot of time and money has gone into this by someone else. It has quite obviously been stripped right down to the bare bones and built back up.

Gary - You are right it is the bike from Castleford, but now sorted

Cheers

Nice job! That is a very nice looking bike...you have inspired me to go black with my rebuild.

I can see why you put a green screen on...I don't think clear would match...but a smoked screen hmm.... (just thinking out loud)

Seeing those pics makes all the grazed knuckles and bruised hands seem worth it....Thanks for posting them.
