Try your nearest exhaust centre, they should stock studs, as they use them in manifolds etc

Tried that mate, not quite right tho.I've found a nice zxr750 carrier thats got nice clean studs in it.
How can I get then out without damaging the studs or the carrier

Tried locking two nuts together without joy.

I would just buy the studs from that link you put up
That's cheap compared to most bike parts

Can't you just get some bar stock and make some or get someone you know to do it for you? Should only take 5 mins to do.

you can stainless steel studs from WDS

these will be normal pitch threads and not the fine pitch the the japanese tend to use - BUT I'm sure the sprocket studs are M8x1.25 - not 100% sure though!
