Ignition barrel removal

Hi all
Can you please advise me on how to remove the ignition barrel from the top yoke

you have to drill the head's of (from the bolts. they are anti-theft bolts , from which the head brakes of when they install them)
when the heads are gone, you can remove the barrel and take out the remainig studs with a vice-grip or so.
