Check to see if the caliper has a hairline crack in it first, if it all seems ok you could use PTFE tape on the nipple (the white tape plumbers use)

been searching the archive on the RD site about this and as i'm using S/S bleed nipples i had from Hel brakes this may be a problem
The angle on the taper is not quite the right ??????
Should i get some Kawa genuine bleed nipples to try ?
Then saw some of thes speed bleeders type and they have a coating on the threads

Plus these look like they have a rubber type sleeve on the threads

The speedbleeders come with a coating on the thread to help them seal. They are very good, I run them in my bikes, the make bleeding the brakes a very simple task. The only thing I have heard bad about them is that they can break if you overtighten them.
In the past I have used PTFE/plumbers tape to make the seal. Done it on road and race bikes.
