Billet cylinder head (Ben Ludford)

Post by DAMO666 »

Does anyone have experience of the billet heads? i bought one off Ben in 2016 but have only just got around to fitting to a spare motor.
i tried contacting Ben but appears his mobile number has changed.
essentially i have a couple of questions:-

Does the mating face of the cylinders need a groove to accept the o-ring that is positioned in the head?

Is the standard radius profile in the head most suitable for the insert blanks that are supplied with the head? i'm not seeking anything radical just a relatively safe tune that can be developed over time.

any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks Damian.
