Hi,

tried to get the gearbox out of an engine today (never done this before with a KR1S): Undid all 8 bolts, the gearchange mechanism, the clutch with circlip, the idle gear with washer and it still won't come out? Or does it just need some violence

there are 2 little screw holding a small plate behink the selector mec. should be chees cross heads. it will come out easy once all screw ect are out. under no circumstances try using brute force unless its a rubber mallet to break the gasket seal

thanks, gearbox is out thought those 2 screws had nothing to do with taking out the gearbox.
