Hi Gents, bought my KR250A home tonight and after standing for 11 years it is in surprisingly good shape, I was wondering if you guys could give me advice as to weather or not the barrels are ok, the pistons and rings seem in good condition.Looks like a tiny bit of coating has lifted on one of them and some damage near the ports on the other (possibly from a previous issue.Will post pics of the bike as the build progresses.

I am also after suggestions on how to de-coke the pistons withoput ruining them.
