start of c2 stripdown & rebuild

sqish done this evening ,all between .78 and .87 ,that was the easy bit ,then couldnt find the gromets for the pv motor frame so fitted 8mm nutserts and made a little tool up (i can get hold of nutserts quite easy if anyone wants any 6mm or 8mm)
few more cables on
fingers crossed exhausts tommoro ,found some 24mm thin wall stainless to do the rear stinger pipe so i dont have to rob my set

this evening i changed the mig welder to my small teflon liner torch i use for ally and a small 1kg reel of what i thought was steel wire (for better tacking up) ,turns out it`s sif bronze and it works a treat so ime going to mig braze it
getting a idea of shape

glad i put a mock up chain on,i hear some pipes foul the run
well chuffed ,its ace working on this bike ,like being able to lift the front on to a stool to get some more room

it took 3 of us to get the engine in this project of me mates
at least i can crack on on my own ,i get phone calls t help put forks in n that
