billet aluminium KIPS pullies/levers to be manufactured

Post by Charles »

Hi,

I've got the opportunity to have a batch of KIPS pullies and levers to be manufactured. They will be made of Aero grade Billet, just like the F3 valves. They won't look exactly like the original ones, I'll make them just like the steel ones from Mr_B:

These steel ones worked fine on my bike, their only disadvantage is their tendency to rust.

The price per set depends on the batch size:
30sets: price per set Euro 120,00

I know they're not cheap, but as a set consists of 4 different parts so they're quite labour-intensive to produce.

cheers,
Charles

Jim, it might be easier if you just relocate to Japan, rather than importing all remaining KR's

KIPS actuators

Post by smithyrc30 »

Put me down for a set please Charles.

I have two working sets, but one set has worn a bit and had to be closed up by heating the pulleys.

BTW I am using RC model car parts (titanium ball, plastic 'cups' and titanium rods. They are a standard Tamiya 'hop up' set for the TL-01 rear suspension) I haven't had any issues with coming undone or wear.

I presume the pulleys will be tapped out M3 per the originals?

Cheers

Hi Charles,

I'm interested in a set or two.

But, can I trust Royal Mail to deliver? [-X

Sorry to be a pain but can you find out the postage options that are available so the package can be delivered directly.

Regards,
Tripitaka
