Notice that there are no bids, and with a $1500 start price as well as a reserve price above that, there probably wont be any considering it's unregistered and unroadworthy.
I've seen this a few times. The last time was some twit asking something like $2k for a total wreck. By the time it went through it's 3rd or 4th attempt at auction, I think it sold for about $400 (and that's more than it was worth in reality).
