i have a kr250 i am restoring for a friend of mine,i am looking for some bits,i.e.,carb chokes,would get aeay with one.front seat or somewhere to send it for covering,decal kit,the bike is blue and red.

Parts not easy to find these days, but try your local Kawasaki dealer with the partnumbers which you'll find on My Site. Don't bother telling him what model it's for, he'll just look blankly at you. Or give Z-Power a call.

Plenty of secondhand bits available on Yahoo Auctions Japan though you'll need a contact or middleman-service to help you get hold of them. Quite a few used parts cropping up in Australia on Ebay lately too.

Look in Classic Bike or CMM mags for people advertising (or recommending) seat recovering.

Haven't found anywhere doing the complete decal kits yet. There was someone on Ebay last year doing the tank/fairing/sidepanel decals but no stripes. Blue and red is the (rarer) 'S' model by the way, assuming it's a standard paintjob.

Immage works can do the graphics, they did the one's on my red and white kr.
