It appears that my site is dead. Suppose it had to happen sometime. 7 years of trouble-free 100%-available service, then my ISP sells my domain(s) to another provider and everything starts flip up straight away. :x

Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. For christs sake no-one use 123-reg.co.uk for anything you care about.

Unless they've fixed it in the last half hour, you're looking at a cached version of the site there Doug. I can see it fine here too, 'cos I've been into each page recently and it's stored them locally. Try it on a brand new PC and you just get the 'KR250.ORG renewal due' message.

I've paid up front for the next 18 months so there's no reason for them to suspend it. Someone's supposed to be looking into the problem but I have my doubts. ](*,)

Well it's definately up and running again Tim. 8)
I can tell you that I'm not looking at a cached version as I havnt been to your site since I installed a new copy of Win-doh's 7 a few days ago.

Hmm, well I hope so. Unfortunately, from my end I can't get in to make any changes as it still says 'suspended'. Technical support is hopeless and aren't answering my emails.

If it starts behaving again soon, I'll make some changes to prove that it's still live. If not, I might have to start looking around for a new home for it, or even a new domain altogether. God, I hate computers... ](*,)

Done some more testing. If you go direct to one of the named pages, eg. http://kr250.org/KR_home.htm or http://kr250.org/KR_diary.htm#latest then it's all still working, and all the pics are still available too, eg. http://kr250.org/images/KR_four1_big.jpg. Email's are still working too.

What's not working is if you use the domain shortcut, http://kr250.org. Adding the 'www.' makes no difference to any of it - it should cope without that anyway.

And I still can't get in to start/stop my site or make any changes to it whatsoever.

This is the link I've always used, and it works just fine for me.

From there you can navigate to pretty much anywhere you want.

I say slap your ISP silly, then go find a competent one.

Was starting to arrange things to move my site elsewhere, but the problems appear to be resolved now. Hope it's permanent. [-o<

Ta. There's no danger of me losing everything, it's all replicated at home with backups etc. If it had died then I'd just reload it all somewhere else and carry on.

But it seems OK now and as I've still got 18 months to run on that package (paid for up front) I'm gonna leave it as it is.

Now I just need to think of something new to put on there. Maybe if I got off my arse and did something with my bikes there'd be some new content...

That's good to hear Tim. Glad it's all sorted now.

Well, you still havn't updated the KR Owners section with the pic I emailed, so that could be a start. Or you could get something done on that special youve had waiting for attention for so long. [-X

I know, sorry. I've got too many things on the go. The KR was running on Saturday but I don't have anything new to say about it. The project is going nowhere, mainly because I have to shift another 8 bikes out of the way to even think about doing something to it. Not got anywhere with the red/black one either.

Been working on my old Mini recently, plus sorting the TZR out. Next I have to get my GSX-R running properly and MOT'd. Then the missus wants TDR-Jr fettling. :(

At least the KR250.ORG Southern Representative is taking his bike out and showing it off ! Nice work Gary, I'll post your Dyno Day pics up on my site soon. =D>
