Hey everyone new to the forum. I have a KR250 B2 and I'm in the process of changing the fork seals. Got a quick question though. I have recieved a set made by Vesrah and the part no is AR4106. The person I bought them from said they would fit a KR1S but on inspection they are a lot thicker than the old ones. There won't be room for the retaining clip and the dust seal. Am I being a total ideot and doing this all wrong.
Here is a pic of the new seals (thick) against the old ones and the shock itself.

Are you describing the actual oil seal or the outer dust seal?

To me whats left of that seal on the right looks like the top lip of a dust seal.
